South America

Spent 4 months in South America, visiting: Futaleufú, Chaitén, Santiago, and Iquique, Chile; Esquel, San Carlos de Bariloche, Córdoba, and Merlo, Argentina; Puno, Lago Titicaca, Cusco, Rainbow Mountains, Lago Humantay, Machu Picchu, and Lima, Peru. 

My first two months were spent living with a family on the Futaleufú River in Patagonia, Chile working as their full-time nanny. After those 2 months, my boyfriend joined me and we then backpacked through parts of Chile, Argentina, and Peru.

Fun Facts:

• Rafted several times down the world-renowned Futaleufú River
• Kayaked the Azul River
• Took a 15-mile round trip hike to Refugio Frey
• Visited the Rainbow Mountains
• Visited Machu Picchu
• Visited Lago Humantay
