Europe

Independently traveled for 2 1/2 months through Europe, visiting: Moinhos Velhos, Lagos, Monchique, Lisbon, & Porto, Portugal; Barcelona, Spain; Dublin, Galway, & Cliffs of Moher, Ireland.

Fun Facts:

• Spent two months volunteering at a detox retreat center in southern Portugal where I assisted in guest services. This included: harvesting organic fruit and vegetables from the permaculture gardens on site, preparing guest meals, assisting and accompanying guests during daily activities, and helping to prepare guest cottages.
• Learned how to drive a stick shift while in Portugal
• Took a boat tour through the Benagil cave in Lagos
